Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Age and Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are not at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rekalynx.

User Content and Prohibited Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) your use of the Service is not prohibited by applicable export-control, sanctions, or local content laws, and you will obtain any licenses required for your Content.

Content Storage and Loss

The Service is not intended as a digital asset management or storage service. You should not use the Service to host or store valuable or irreplaceable content, such as high-resolution art pieces or critical documents. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own backups of your Content. Rekalynx is not a backup service and you agree that you will not rely on the Service for the purposes of Content backup or storage. We will not be liable to you for any loss or corruption of your Content, or for the cost of backing up or restoring any of your Content.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, provide link, or share any Content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Contains hate speech, including content that promotes violence or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, caste, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Depicts graphic or gratuitous violence.
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats against others.
• Spreads misinformation or disinformation that is likely to cause harm.
• Is spam, including unwanted promotional or commercial content, or repetitive content.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights of another party, including copyright and trademark.
• Contains private and confidential information of others, such as credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or non-public phone numbers, without their consent.
• Contains malicious code, such as viruses, worms, or other harmful software.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms and to report any illegal activity to law enforcement. If you believe that any Content on the Service violates your rights, please follow our notice-and-takedown procedure below.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Rekalynx does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; that your Content will be secure or not otherwise lost or damaged; or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

No-Reliance / No-Professional-Advice

All Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before acting on any information found on the Service. Rekalynx is not a law firm, financial advisor, or medical professional, and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as such.

Beta / Experimental Features Disclaimer

Certain features may be marked ‘Beta,’ ‘Preview,’ or similar. Such features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time and are provided ‘as-is’ with no warranty and may be subject to additional terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rekalynx and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA / EU NTD)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), you must provide the following information in writing:

• An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service;
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, e-mail address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted it. If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification.

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rekalynx. Rekalynx has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Rekalynx shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Payments, Credits and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may be available for a fee. If you choose to purchase any of these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. We may change our prices at any time, but we will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect. We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account on the Service. The processing of payments will be subject to the_terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to this Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Uploading prohibited content is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may permanently delete your account and all the Content associated with it. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Rekalynx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Service Availability / Force Majeure

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Service during any downtime or discontinuance of the Service. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For consumers in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre ("AIAC") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

You and Rekalynx agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding. You further waive any right to a jury trial.

Any claim arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

Assignment

Rekalynx may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. Users may not assign their rights without our prior written consent.

Electronic Communications Consent

You consent to receive all notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically from us. You agree that all electronic notices we provide to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant Rekalynx a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

Survival

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes
